So much sadness

I have dropped off the radar screen – and was intending to share some of my fascinating journey thus far… Unfortunately I don’t feel I can talk about anything else other than the horror in Connecticut… I have been in the US for under two weeks and there’ve been two mass killings… In the vigil in Newtown this evening, we just watched Obama’s speech which was a thinly veiled statement of intent to tackle the gun lobby – perhaps the death of 20 young children will finally force the lunacy of the gun culture in this country to be thwarted…we can only live in hope.
